10 questions for team building
I’m writing this as a thunderstorm goes by in far distance in Ubud (Bali, Indonesia). The pitch-black jungle lights up for a quarter of a second showing the horizon. Right after, the roaring sound of thunder resonates in the air throughout the valley and the thick fog. The myriad of animals hidden under the palm trees, rice terraces and flora I cannot name create a background soundtrack as if awaiting the rain which is yet to come.

How do we want to solve conflicts when they arise?
How do we make sense of situations we do not understand?
What do we dislike in how we work with one another?
What should we celebrate as a team but fail to?
What team do we (not) wish to become in half-a-year?
How should we voice our opinions in order to respect one another?
What do other teams think about working with us?
How can we support our stakeholders better?
Where do we suck at decision making?
*these need to be set in context, right space and time to make sense.
